Steps to Reproduce

Create a campaign and execute the same

Root Cause

Data flow is modified/create a new one and OOTB data flow is used instead of modified data flow

Resolution

Created a new dataflow - xxxCustomerData and using it in CustomerData dataflow which was not working in the merge component in the SingleCustomerData data flow.

Replaced the OOTB CustomerData data flow with custom/new dataflow and the error disappeared.
