Failure of Case Narrative display

Summary

A user progresses past pending acquirer's response in the Collaboration flow and views the Audit history. However, the Case Narrative display fails as it is unable to determine which icon to display for certain lines. This occurs while using the PegaCard Smart Dispute for issuers 7.48.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install PegaCard Smart Dispute for issuers 7.48.
  2. Invoke the Visa Claims Resolution (VCR) processing flow.
  3. Proceed in the flow and submit the questionnaire. The status changes to Pending the acquirer's response after the questionnaire is submitted.
  4. Push the assignment forward in the flow explicitly such that the status changes to Review acquirer's response.
  5. View the Audit history.

 

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Apply HFix-67206.
