Field values are translating despite not referring them

Summary
A report definition is configured to refer the .pxTaskLabel, which fetches the 'Book And Issue' value. This value is replaced by the 'Book Premium' value due to the pyCaption • Book And Issue field value. On exporting the report to Excel, the Book And Issue value displays correctly. This occurs post upgrade to Pega Platform 8.3.

Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade Pega Platform 7.2 to Pega Platform 8.3.
- Configure a report definition with .pxTaskLabel which uses a field value.
- In Pega Platform 8.3, provide the column format as 'Display Text' for the .pxTaskLabel. Now, the value displays correctly since the column format is provided. In the Pega Platform 7.2, this works correctly even without the change.
Root Cause
Localizing data in the report grid is expected behavior.
Resolution
As a local-change, use the pxDisplayText and pxTextInput controls if localization is not required.
