File listener does not execute epilog activity in batch mode

SA-26312

Summary

A Service File rule is configured which refers both Initial Activity and an Epilog (Final) Activity. When the file listener runs, even though it executes the initial activity, but it ignores the final activity.

In the "Parse segments" of the service file rule the first row has a Map To Skip.

There is one error message in the log files when the service file is running.

Error Messages

Batch requestor has a blank activity name, execution ignored.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a Service File Rule.
2. Refer both Initial and Epilog activity.
3. Set one row in the Pare Segment as Map to Skip.
4. Configure a File listener to run asynchronously.

Root Cause

No activity is referred in the row for the Map To Skip in "Parse Segments".This prevents subsequent execution of the epilog activity.

Resolution

An activity must be referred in that "Activity" Field to resolve this issue.
