File Listener doesn't pick required files from source location

File listener is not picking required files from the mentioned source location.
The Source location is correct and verified but the source name mask mentioned is skipping the required files from file location.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a file listener (with all perquisites).
2. Mention the source location where user have files with name as XXXX.BDMXXXX.xml and XXXX.RDMXXXX.xml formats.
3. Mention the source name mask as : *.RDM*.xml.
4. Run the listener and check if the files are getting picked.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code is not picking the required files from source location.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34403 to resolve the issue.
