File Upload fails while attaching using Case Attachments action

Summary
File Upload fails while attaching using the out-of-the-box Case Attachments action. Error displays on selecting a file on a local machine. The issue occurs post upgrading to Pega 8.2.3.

pxFileNotFound / "Example.PNG doesn't exist"
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a case
- Click Actions
- Select Case Attachments from the Perform Harness
- Click Add new attachment
- Select a file on a local machine. The error occurs
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Pega has changed the way it handles Upload File feature(pyUploadFile activity) on Pega 8.2.3 and PegaFS has overridden the rule.
Resolution
Apply HFix-57239.
