Files are not picked by listeners
SA-90532
Summary
Listeners do not pick files from 7 PM CST to 8 PM CST. Four nodes are present and the same listeners are configured on each node. All the listeners are working fine. When the Requestor pool is cleared and the listeners (on one node) are restarted, the files are picked. Files are stored in the Network shared location (NAS).

Root Cause
Files are processed by the file listeners twice.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Select the Lock listener's temporary file checkbox on the Process tab.
