Filter icons are not displayed in front of the labels in IE 11

Summary



Internet Explorer Filters icon alignment on the home screen is not displaying as expected.

Filters icon are not displayed exactly in front of the labels.


Error Messages



Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a section which contains a Grid Repeat, and select ‘Allow filtering’ checkbox.
  2. Create a flow action and flow to run.
  3. Run the flow on Firefox or Chrome and check filter icon’s position.
  4. Run the same flow on Internet Explorer 11 and check the filter icon position. Observe that the filter icon is not displayed correctly. Its display level is higher than the label.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

The vertical alignment is not correct as the parent of the filter icon element does not have a height attribute.


Resolution



Apply HFix-26908.
