Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error. IncludeHtml5DoumentType is unchecked. Using custom skin.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change: *Suggested user to use Include HTML5 document type and also suggested to resave the default skin and modify the changes required.
