Filtered by None displays for the filtered criteria

Summary
While using Custom Filters on the Summary report and Export to PDF, the filtered criteria of the filters does not display on the PDF. However, Filtered by None displays.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report definition with filters from custom section in the report
- Apply the filters
- Use Export to PDF. Filtered data is exported, but the filtered criteria displays as Filtered by None on the PDF
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-41185.
