Filtering vist views does not work on IE11

Summary
While using Internet Explorer version 11 (IE11) and trying to filter a list view, the filter has no effect.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Use IE11.
2. Select a filter criteria in a List View to observe that the filter does not work.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the operating environment. The document mode used in developer tools is default in IE11.
Resolution
Change the document mode to 5 in IE11 to resolve the issue.
