Finish button is appearing instead of Submit

Summary
When an utility shape is used in between screen flow, "Finish" button is appearing instead of "submit " in the screen before to that utility shape.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a screen flow.
2. Use utility shape in between the flow.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules User did not check Enable Navigation Link check box on the utilities.
Resolution
Select Enable Navigation Link check box on the utilities.
