The first case gets resolved and the rest are seen queued.



The bulk processing in background not working. The first case gets resolved and the rest are seen queued. The cases queued by the bulk action are indeed being processed in due time, but the display table is not being updated asynchronously (having their Processing Results field changed to "Succeed") as is expected.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the casemanager portal and the bulk actions
  2. Select few WO
  3. Resolve those WO (Resolve action is not ootb- customized)

Root Cause

This is an expected behaviour.


Process the 1st assignment manually. Also, the statuses, will not be reflected immediately though the WO are processed, unless the screen refresh is performed.
