Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Configure an agent activity to use external an Java class
- Add the library in the server path and run the flow
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The external class path, com.bocs.ssg.cps.common.CPSSubSystem, was missing at the Dynamic System Settings (DSS) level.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Add the classpath in DSS
- Clear the cache and restart the node
