Fixed repeating grids are misaligned in the first column

Summary
When px-fixed is selected for a repeating grid and the freeze pane is set to both, the first column is not aligned with the rest.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a repeating grid and set the width to px-fixed.
- In edit mode, check "fixed size" and set the freeze pane to both.
- The first column is not aligned with the remaining columns.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error. Two inline styles applied on the header of Repeat Grid was causing the additional blank row to be visible.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:
Removing this inline style has resolved the issue -
width:30 !important;
