Flickering effect in IAC portal for Validation

Summary
In a Internet Application Composer (IAC) portal, for a repeat grid, when user submits the page with validations, there is flickering effect.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Login into IAC portal.
2. Click on Next button without filling the mandatory fields, so the system will give an error message with flickering effect.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment: code in the IAC custom style sheet for IAC portal.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Change the "overflow" property to 'hidden' in CSS for the IAC portal to resolve the issue.
