Flow action label changes after closing the local action

On launching and closing a flow action, the Flow action label displays the ID instead of the short description.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a Flow action with a different ID and a short description.
- Run the flow.
- Launch a local action and close it.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
When a local action was launched, the ProcessAction activity was triggered and from which the PerformPreProcessing activity was called. In this activity, the pyCurrentActionLabel was set based on the TaskIndex, which was used to display the flow action label. In this scenario, the TaskIndex was passed empty due to which the Current Action Label was set to empty.
Resolution
Apply HFix-39294.
