Flow action is not loading in review harness.

Summary
Issue with flow action which is not getting loaded in review harness.

Steps to Reproduce
For Copy Configuration:
Step 1:Go To Action and select Action “Copy To”
Step 2: Flow action is loaded without any issue
Step 3: If we Click on “Cancel”, basically , on click of Cancel, Review harness is being called.
Step 4: Now Review harness has open.
Step 5: If we again click on Action
Step 6: After click , same flow action is not getting loaded .
Actual Behaviour: Same flow action is not getting reloaded after review harness. Refer the below screenshot:
In Review harness, if we refresh, then flow action is coming properly.
Expected Behavior: If we do not refresh, flow action is not getting loaded properly. Refer the below screenshot:
For Delete Configuration: From ‘copy to’ action, click on ‘Delete Configuration’.
Actual Behaviour: User is not able to navigate to Copy to configuration from Delete Configuration.
Expected Behaviour: User must be able to navigate to Copy to configuration from Delete configuration.
Root Cause
Incorrect configuration.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
For Copy Configuration: On click of Cancel button, invoked action Open Work By Handle(instead of Review action) passing .pzInsKey.
For Delete Configuration: Suggested to private edit createWorkPage activity and set keepNewAssignPage param of Close in Step 7 to true. (OR)
Removing page "SpunoffWork" in Data Transform "PreShareConfiguration" makes the use case work.
