Flow does not advance to flow action after completing question

Summary



A flow (consisting of a question, flow action, and an End shape) does not advance to the flow action screen on completing the question and the section does not load on offline mobile applications.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure a flow with a question shape, a flow action, and an End shape.
  2. Complete the question and to advance to the flow action on an offline mobile device.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules:

FlowPackager adds param hash into the parameter page in the processduplicate API to package duplicate streams for the question shape. The param hash must be removed at the end of processduplicate API.



Resolution

Apply HFix-35316.
