Flow does not show up in the create menu

Summary



A flow is not appearing in the create menu.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce



Select the create menu.

Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in the application configuration. 
On the 'Cases and Data' tab of the Application rule, there is a section for defining the case types along with a checkbox to include them in the create menu.

Resolution



On the 'Cases and Data' tab of the Application rule, add the case type for the flow and check the box to include the case type in the create menu.
