Summary
The activity flowTicketEvaluate is called multiple times during wrap-up processing and consumes between .3 and 1.0 seconds of CPU. Wrap up processing is taking unacceptably long.

Run case wrap-up and record PAL statistics.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-22899
