Steps to Reproduce

Not able to replicate this issue but observing the same error frequently in production.

Root Cause

Missconfiguration in the applicaion server, Application server configurations are invalid.

Identified the below missconfigurations in their environment.
  1. Please modify the value for the property “currentSchema” by Pega DATA schema. Currently the value is UKP#P0.
  2. For the property “currentFunctionPath” the value is SYSIBM,SYSFUN,UKP#P0,KBONDBA, As per the installation document it should be SYSIBM,SYSFUN,<Data schema>, Please correct that.
3. In Resources > JDBC > Data sources Correct all the properties as per the document, As per my analysis Maximum connections, Minimum connections & Timeout properties are not correctly set, Refer page no 44 in the installation guide.
