Focus shifts after deleting last row in grid

When deleting the final row in a repeat grid, the focus shifts to the bottom of the screen. In this case, it is a link in the footer instead of staying near the grid.

Delete the final row of a repeat grid.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-27992.
