Focus shifts to My work link after switching graph to grid view

Summary
When a user switches a graph to grid view for the dashboard using the keyboard, the focus returns to the My work link (on the left Navigation pane). As a result, the user must tab back to the table.

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the dashboard.
- Use the keyboard to tab to the Toggle icon in the charts.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Install or upgrade to either of the following:
- Pega Customer Service 8.4.2
- Pega Customer Service 8.5
