Focus shifts from SmartInfo to error message banner

Summary
When a page-level error message displays in the banner, focus shifts away from the icon which has SmartInfo configured on it on hover.
On scrolling down and hovering over the icon, the page refreshes to display the error banner instead of the SmartInfo.

- Configure a grid with an icon that has SmartInfo configured on it.
- Configure page-level error messages.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-51682.
