Summary

For a DateTime control with a read only format set different from editable date format, read only format get set to editable date format when other fields are refreshed.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a field in a Section with DateTime control with below configuration:

• Edit Options : Auto
• Editable Setting- Date/Time: Date, Display Mode: Text input + Calendar, Display values using read only format
• Read-Only Format- Type: Date, Date Format: 01-Jan-2001

Root Cause

The issue in processOnBeforeSubmit API where before submit/reload of Section, resetting the value of datetime control to it unformatted value. When this API is called before any ReloadSection instead of fetching datatime controls with in the Section, one is trying to get all the datatime elements in the Harness.

Resolution

This has been resolved by HFix-23512 by modifying processOnBeforeSubmit to process DateTime controls with in the Section instead of entire harness in case of RefreshSection.
