Steps to ReproduceReview the Agent Information section on the System: Settings landing page Search tab.
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The items in the queue were stuck in a Now-Processing state, but the node listed as the processing node was not connected to the cluster.
ResolutionMake the following change to the operating environment:
Truncate the pr_sys_queue_ftsindexer table to remove the stale entries.
