Generated email does not display correctly
When using a corresponce rule to generate an email, the generated email is not displayed correctly by the email client
Steps to Reproduce
3rd-party email client does not support HTML
User requires email client which supports HTML formatting to read emails generated by a correspondence rule.
Please see the following note in the help documentation about email correspondence rules:
"When the Correspondence Type key part of the rule is Email, all correspondence produced for outgoing email includes HTML formatting, even if no HTML elements appear within in the source. The recipient's mail client must have the capability to accept and display HTML-formatted email."
