Generating Incorrect font size when converted to PDF



When user creates a correspondence content with font size 13 in Pega and generate a PDF the font size is generating with 10.5.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Interaction and select Send Correspondence from the 'Other Action' .
2. Select 'Letter' and also select 'Select Category' and 'Correspondence Template' from the drop down list.
3. Compare the font size in Rich Text Editor and preview PDF.

Root Cause

A third-party product issue.
PRPC uses PD4ML to generate the PDF. There is no direct option available in PD4ML to fix the font size in the generated PDF.


Apply HFIX-24588 and specify the business specific font size against the htmlWidth parameter in HTMLToPDF activity input. Default value for this parameter is 950. If we give custom value more than this, then it will increase the font size in generated PDF. If we give value less than this, then font size in generated PDF increases.
