In German Localization Calendar time format not rendered correct

In German Localization, Calendar time format is not rendered as per German format.

Time is rendered in 12 hrs format, but it should be in 24 hrs format.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Case Manager portal.
2. Click calendar and click day option.
3. Currently time is rendered in AM and PM format, it should be in 24 hrs format.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error.

In the HTML rule, pzWeekViewTimesCell the following logic is converting the date format from 24 hours format to AM/PM Format.

As per German language standards, user demands to be rendered in 24 hour format:

for( int i = 0; i < 24; i++ ) {
cal.set(java.util.Calendar.HOUR_OF_DAY, i);
hour = PRDateFormat.format(tools.getParamValue("localeEntered"), tools.getParamValue("timezoneEntered"), tools.getSaveValue("WeekViewTimesCell"), cal.getTime());
hour = hour.toLowerCase();

Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

Case Management's Calendar feature is deprecated.

Hence, HFix cannot be given for deprecated controls. User has to use Out-of-the-box (OOTB) controls to design the requirement.
