The Get Cases In Stage report does not update

Summary



From the Case Manager, the Get Cases In Stage report does not update if the report is not previously closed.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. From the Case Manager portal, select any case from the application.
  2. Click a stage to open a report with the list of cases in the selected stage. 
  3. Do not close the report.
  4. Click the Dashboard.
  5. Click another stage of the case type, Problem. The Report is not refreshed and continues to display the previously selected stage report data.


Root Cause



The Dynamic Container determines that the report was already executed, and focuses the window without refreshing it. This is because it is not updated with the changed parameter values.


Resolution



Apply HFix-48601.
