Getting error on click of showdata icon in summaryview drilldown

Summary
On Click of the "Show Data" icon in the summary view drill-down, a new window is opened in which Users are showing some data.
But the new window is getting opened with an error like "This Page cannot be displayed". The URL for that new window is not formed properly.
Error Messages
"This page cannot be displayed error message" is getting displayed.
Steps to Reproduce
Using Internet Explorer 11:
1) Create a Summary View Report which should have drill-down.
2) On the Chart tab -The Show data icon and the Open URL in new window options should be checked.
3) Launch the report and retrieve some data and now click on the show data icon in the chart that is displayed. It displays the Initial Summary View results which is capable for drill-down.
4) Click on any of the result. It will replace the existing window with the drill-down chart.
5) Now click on the Show data icon. The "this page can not be displayed" message is shown.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules : Updated webwb/pzpega_report_chart.js to build a more complete URL for the Show Data button.
Resolution
Apply HFix-28080.
