Global search and local search are not working for Press Enter



In Customer Process Manager (CPM) interaction portal, global search and local search functions are not working with press Enter event.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Interaction Portal.
2. Enter existing case ID in global search field and press Enter.
3. Note that Search did not return any results.
4. Enter existing case ID in local search field and press Enter.
5. Notice that search did not return any results.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Pega platform has updated JSON api's in Pega 7.2.2 which caused the issue during Customer Service (CS) 7.22 release.

CS has updated references to use new JSON rule CSJSONSCRIPTINCLUDE wherever needed.

This issue would occur for users who are using Pega platform 7.22 along with CS 7.21, earlier versions as well.
