Global Search in CSR Portal is behaving differently



Global Search in CSR Portal is behaving differently when provided text for searching.

When a Interaction Id is provided completely only the interaction is getting displayed as search results, but when user provided partial interaction Id the cases related to interaction are also getting displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch CSR portal.
2. Search for a Interaction which has service Intents created.
3. Search by providing full id and partial Id of service intents.

Root Cause

Expected behavior.


Perform the following local-change: 

In Pega 7.x if user searches with *S-123*. i.e.  by appending wildcard(*), one could observe that the related Interaction is also populated.

Changing the search text of param.searchText to "*S-123*" in the activity 'CPMSearchResultWork' before calling the 'pzSearchResultWork' in step 4,  the issue is resolved.
