Even though Data Page has correct start end and End Date. Graph is starting from one day before.

Date properties and Time properties should be treated as part of the operator's default timezone. Right now they are treaded as server timezone.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Launch a local app server on a machine that is setup with a timezone of UTC-8
2) Log in to the server
3) Export from SLSthe reporting test application then import to the local server
4) Create a line auto chart based on data page D_ReportingdataList. Use .Date1 as the X-axis
5) Run the section
6) First date should be Sept 30th 2014, but it shows Sept 29th 2014

To get out of the issue, there a work around:

Issue is with date property only so you can use .Text property like applying some formatting .Text = someformatfunction(.Date)
