Grid with report definition throws NullpointerException

Summary
There is a section with a repeat grid. The source of the repeat grid is a report definition. The report definition takes a date parameter. The parameter is picked from a property which is in another layout.
On running or previewing the section, an exception is thrown.

Unhandled exception executing jsp : For input String
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section with a repeat grid.
2. Configure the source to use a report definition which takes a date parameter as input.
3. Have another layout with a property of type date time and pass it to the repeat grid as parameter.
4. Preview the section.
Root Cause
The activity, pzResolveFilters, was missing the validation of blank value for date.
Resolution
Install HFix-22850 to resolve the issue.
