Guardrail warnings displays despite withdrawing data page

Summary
Guardrail warnings display on the data pages with the same name on a different class. This occurs despite withdrawing the earlier version of the rules.
Error Messages
The following guardrail warning displays:
A data page of this name already exists with a different structure. This may result in unexpected behaviour at run-time. Consider renaming this data page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a data-page named D_FinancialTransaction of Object class SRB-EMEA-Data-ABC in the RuleSet version SRB:01-01-01
- Withdraw the same rule in the RuleSet version SRB:01-02-01 .
- Save a new data-page rule with the same name D_FinancialTransaction of Object class SRB-EMEA-Data-XYZ in a different branch of RuleSet version SRB. The guardrail warning displays
Root Cause
The pzGetDPsWithSameName report definition is used to get a list of all the available data pages. Even though the data page is withdrawn in a latest version, data pages from the previous versions are returned by the report definition.
Resolution
Apply HFix-39581.
