Steps to Reproduce

1. Modify the section or harness of a work object to be very long to get a scroll.
2. Open the work object, and check the appearance of harness buttons.
3. Deselect Size to Content on dynamic container.

Root Cause

On checking Size to Content in dynamic container, harness buttons are no longer fixed.

Perform the following local-changes:

1. Open the section directly included in the panel.
2. If sections are included in a layout, pull them out, and include it directly in the main section.
3. Deselect Size to Content from the dynamic container in tabbed layout.

An additional horizontal scroll might appear in work objects. In such case, add the below code in UserWorkForm:

.content-inner input,
.content-inner label,
.content-inner legend,
.content-inner textarea,
.content-inner select,
.content-inner .field-caption {
  -moz-box-sizing: border-box;
  box-sizing: border-box;

For tabs that are a section include, a space appears next to vertical scroll for the section equal to size of another scroll.

7. Include the below style in the UserWorkForm inside the same style tag:
.ie8 #workarea .static-dc-tab, .ie11 #workarea .tabContent .dynamicContainer, .ie10 #workarea .static-dc-tab, .ie11 #workarea .static-dc-tab, .ie9 #workarea .static-dc-tab {
position: relative !important;
