Summary

User has screen flow, when user performs the refresh current harness, some time validation messages are not displaying as expected.
 
When user expand the row and click next button, validation messages were displayed.

Now user collapsed that row and expand the other row, than on refresh current harness validation messages are not displaying as expected.

However when initial row expand, on refresh current harness, validation messaged were displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add @Baseclass Errors section to TabbedScreenFlow7 harness. 
2. Configure a Tabbed screen flow. 
3. Configure validate rule for validation messages.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change steps:

1. Apply below local change:
    a. Open the UserWorkForm and do private edit.
    b. Paste the below code in UserWorkForm.

2. Apply HFix-29258.
