Harness rule is not restoring from previous check-in



After restoring a harness rule, from the previous check in, the rule is not getting loaded. A blank screen without any layouts is getting displayed on the developer portal.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a harness rule.
  2. Embede a section into it.
  3. Check in the harness rule.
  4. Checkout , modify it , and checkin again.
  5. Now restore the harness rule from the previous checkedin rule.
  6. Find that blank screen is getting displayed.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules . There are JS exceptions and skipping the markup generations.
