Header does not align with the columns

Summary
For a virtual report definition, when Pagination (1 of X) and Freeze grid header option are selected for a repeating grid, the header does not align with the columns.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a virtual report definition rule.
- In the repeating grid, select the 'Freeze grid header' checkbox. The header and columns are misaligned.
Root Cause
The table header width was not calculated based on the table row content width.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change in the Table grid columns:
Apply min-width to the Inline style.
