Header does not close on wrapping up an interaction



The header does not close on wrapping up an interaction. The user has Customer Process Manager (CPM) 7.1.3 on Pega 7.1.8.

Error Messages

Exception InvalidReference Declare page not available.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in and launch the Interaction portal
  2. Create an interaction, New > Demo Pop Connor
  3. Click Dispute Transaction to launch a service intent
  4. Click quick wrap-up button and review the logs

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
