Summary

The header does not close on wrapping up an interaction. The user has Customer Process Manager (CPM) 7.1.3 on Pega 7.1.8.


Error Messages



Exception
com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.InvalidReferenceException: InvalidReference Declare page not available.



Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in and launch the Interaction portal
  2. Create an interaction, New > Demo Pop Connor
  3. Click Dispute Transaction to launch a service intent
  4. Click quick wrap-up button and review the logs


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution

Apply HFix-42761.
