Header is mis-aligned when fixed size grid is selected

Summary
A grid is configured with Width of content(Fit content), Fixed(pixel) size grid selected and with grid size mentioned for width alone.
At runtime, the header and the columns mis-align only in IE, not in Chrome.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a repeating grid with the configuration: Pagination(Page 1 of X) and page size (10).
2. In presentation tab, select Width of content(Pixels Fit content) , select Fixed size grid.
3. Mention the width to 1000 pixels. Donot mention the height.
4. Select "Freeze grid header"
Root Cause
Freezing the grid header is causes a problem because the grid size is not fixed and the height is not specified.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Grids where the height is not fixed (not configured) un-check freeze-header.
