Header in PDF generated by Report Definition are not aligned

Summary
In a report definition after clicking in the Out-of-the-box (OOTB) option to “Export To PDF” the column headers are misaligned.

Steps to Reproduce
Run any OOTB report with the sort order placed in columns.
Root Cause
The sort icon, while never visible in the PDF, is being generated with display:block.
Normally there is CSS to override this in a report, but it is not included during PDF generation.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34090.
