Header in the repeat grid is aligned incorrectly after adding records.

Steps to Reproduce
Create two sections (section A and section B) with repeat grids. On adding a record in section A, another row must added in section B. Once the new record is added to the repeat grid in section B, the header and columns are misaligned.
Root Cause
Presentation was configured as Fill 100%.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Modify the design for the Grid header as below:
- Remove Progressive pagination format.
- Set the width of the content to Fill (100%).
- Enable ‘Fixed (pixel) size grid’ with ‘Grid size (in pixels)’ as 200.
Since this is the limitation with progressive pagination, an enhancement request, FDBK-28318, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
