Summary
An icon is rendered on screen multiple times when using a custom icon control in a repeating dynamic layout
Resolution
Use an out of the box icon configured using standard actions where possible instead of custom control. An icon can be configured to run an activity, or execute a JavaScript function without the need for custom controls.
