Header should be freezed with Hierarchical Table

Summary
The user has a Hierarchical table with multiple columns and two tables are present in the same row. The requirement is for the grid header to be fixed when scrolling down.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create two Hierarchical tables with multiple columns.
- Configure a fixed grid and header in the Presentation tab of the grid.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
With less space to expand, the header column adjusts itself and is misaligned.
