Header styles incorrectly inherited by child containers

When a header style for a container is explicitly set, any layout underneath, inherits this style when those layouts have container formats that 'Use Skin Base Settings'.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a section with a dynamic layout that uses a container format that explicitly sets the header typography; nest another layout that uses a container format with 'Use the skin’s base settings for text styling' selected.
  2. Observe the skin's base settings not applied for the nested layout, instead the typography of the parent layout is applied.

Root Cause

css selector was not specific; it was affecting all child items.
