Help for CPM rule types does not work

Summary
User had reported that, 'HELP' for CPM 7.1.3 related Rules (Ex: Intent Task) is not working.
Error Messages
HTTP Status 404 - /prhelp/rule-/rule-pegaca-/rule-pegaca-inent-/rule-pegaca-intent-task/main.htm
Steps to Reproduce
1) Log in as CPM user (Ex: CASysAdmin ) and open Intent Task rule.
2) Click on the action button and open the Help.
Root Cause
No online help provided for CPM rules.
Resolution
This may change in future, but current/prior versions of CPM does not include online help.
