Configure a Helper Text with Tooltip for an Input field.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
The user cannot hover over the Tooltip icon to display the Helper Text on the iPad. The concept of Hover does not exist on touch devices. Hence, this configuration option is invalid for mobile or touch devices.
